Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

GZ Fashion Mall will service every brand-name watch sold in our store for a period of 1 to 2 years from the original purchase date. The exact duration depends on the specific watch brand.

This warranty covers repairs for manufacturing defects of the internal movement, specifically malfunctions where the watch is:

  • Abnormally gaining time.
  • Abnormally losing time.
  • Not keeping proper time.

2. What is Not Covered

This warranty is not an all-encompassing insurance policy. It does not cover any of the following:

Water and Moisture Damage

Any damage caused by contact with water or moisture, regardless of the cause.

Physical & External Damage

This includes all external components and cosmetic parts, such as:

  • Case, crystal (glass), bezel
  • Bracelet, band, straps, clasp, or buckle
  • Crown, stem, screws
  • Finishes (including scratches, dings, and discoloration)

Accidents & Misuse

Any damage resulting from:

  • Dropping, impact, or other outside force.
  • Improper use, handling, or operation of the watch.

Unauthorized Repairs

If the watch is serviced, opened, or repaired by any third party (anyone other than GZ Fashion Mall / Daremi Enterprise), the warranty will be permanently voided.

3. Summary

In essence, our warranty is a guarantee against internal manufacturing defects that affect timekeeping. It does not cover physical damage, accidents, or the natural wear and tear of your timepiece.
