5.3. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier or upon physical receipt of the parcel by you or your designated recipient.

6.1. All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which complies with the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999.

6.2. To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
