We want you to love your purchase from GZ Fashion Mall. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your eligible item within 14 days for a refund.
Return Eligibility
You can return your watch for any reason, provided it meets the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You must request the return within 14 days of the date you received the item.
- Condition: The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original resalable condition.
- Packaging: It must be returned in the original packaging, including all tags, protective films, manuals, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- The watch shows any external evidence of wear-and-tear from use (e.g., scratches, scuffs, or marks).
- The product has been used or damaged, affecting its resell condition.
- The return is initiated or the item is received by us after the 14-day period has expired.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us
To start a return, please email our customer service team at returns@gzfashionmall.com within the 14-day window.
Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Follow Instructions
We will provide you with the return authorization and the correct shipping address for Daremi Enterprise.
3. Ship the Item
Carefully package the watch in its original box and mail it to the provided address.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Return Shipping
For items damaged upon arrival or incorrect shipments, we will refund the shipping cost upon receiving the item without affected resell condition (Please refer to the return policy).
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays for return shipping.
